Community Health Alliance to Host Groundbreaking Ceremony at Nell J. Redfield Health Center on Neil Road

Launching this new phase of our Nell J. Redfield Health Center on Neil Road marks a pivotal moment.

Community Health Alliance (CHA) is pleased to announce a groundbreaking ceremony for the expansion of its Nell J. Redfield Health Center located on Neil Road. The event will take place on Thursday, October 24, 2024 from 10-11 a.m. and will feature local dignitaries, CHA leadership, and community members. This expansion represents a significant step toward increasing access to essential healthcare services for underserved populations in Reno and beyond.

The project—proudly supported by the City of Reno—will allow CHA to extend care to 4,000 more patients annually, expanding medical care and adding on-site services including behavioral health, a pharmacy, and a prescription food pantry.
