Biography
Raquel works extensively with adolescents, adults, couples, and families, specializing in supporting individuals with trauma and attachment wounds. She brings expertise in working with dissociation and its complexities and incorporate Internal Family Systems (IFS), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Emotion-Focused Therapy (EFT) to facilitate deep healing, self integration, and meaningful connection. She also has a deep appreciation for integrating cultural legacies into healing practices and enjoy incorporating spirituality as a means of connection and growth. Her work is rooted in a compassionate, holistic approach, honoring each individuals unique journey.
