Salma grew up in Reno, NV and graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno with a Bachelor of Science in dietetics. After graduation, she moved to Seattle, WA to complete a dietetic internship. Post internship, she moved back to Reno and has worked in skilled rehab, inpatient, and community nutrition settings.
